This is an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Social Services and Housing leadership team at a time of significant ambition and change. Reporting directly to me, you will lead a significant portfolio spanning transformation, commissioning, housing, market development and service improvement. With responsibility for services and commissioning activity totalling more than £156 million, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable services, responding to adult social care reform and ensuring residents receive the right support at the right time.

We are looking for a collaborative, values-led leader who can inspire others, build strong partnerships and deliver meaningful change. You will work closely with health, housing, provider and community partners to shape innovative, integrated solutions that promote independence, wellbeing and choice for adults and carers across North Somerset.
